At long last

I am so happy that my second novel is finally published. It has taken me a long time to get the story just how I wanted it. Believe me, this book started out very differently, but my inspiration has always been the character of Hilda. Not one that is immediately likable, but as time went on, I got to love her more.

Although it is set partly in the time of the Mau Mau uprising, I offer no opinion on the conflict, but the idea of a love story set in such a time was irresistible.
